Dissolving clouds, cloudbuster and making rain

"Clouds of water vapor can be dispersed by drawing atmospheric (cosmic) OR energy from the center of the cloud, in accordance with orgonomic potential. This weakens the cohesive force of the cloud: there is less energy available to hold the water vapor together, which is why the clouds inevitably have to disperse. The orgonomic potential difference between the cloud and its surroundings is reduced." (W. "The same principle applies to the formation of clouds as to their dissipation: the flow of energy from lower to higher potential. However, while we draw energy from within the cloud itself when dissipating clouds, we draw energy from the cloud's immediate surroundings when we want to enlarge existing clouds and induce rainfall." (W. Reich, OROP Desert) A cloudbuster establishes a connection between a (relatively) small and a (relatively) large orgone potential, for example between a cloud in the sky and a lake on the earth. This naturally results in an energy flow from the weaker to the stronger system. The orgone energy from the cloud flows through the cloudbuster into the lake. Practical experiments show that a human being has a greater OR potential than a small cloud, and that eye contact with the cloud is sufficient to establish a connection between the two systems. Under the right conditions, the cloud dissolves through eye contact.
