"Selbstbestimmung" is published every six months, at the beginning of spring and fall.

I assume that freedom and self-determination will hardly be of importance in the institutional political system in this legislative period either. In the places of politically centralized power, people will continue to follow the image of the pyramid and, at best, try to improve our lives from the top down, along the lines of what the top thinks is better.

With the newspaper "Selbstbestimmung" (self-determination) I would like to strengthen the idea of self-determination and broaden the base of those who want to take new, own paths, in order to finally put our society and our relationship to nature from the head to the feet again.

About 230,000 Germans live in 120,000 households in Bundestag constituency 74. I make this newspaper to reach them. It is distributed in printed form free of charge to as many households in the constituency as possible and published as a free PDF file on the Internet.
